Throughout my career journey, I have accumulated diverse experiences and achieved significant milestones that have shaped my approach to helping individuals navigate their professional paths. Beginning as a recruiter and web designer in the IT consulting sector, I gained insights into the corporate world and the importance of aligning skills and interests with career choices.

Transitioning to the role of a Field Social Worker with a prominent NGO focused on education and women empowerment in rural Pune, I spearheaded various initiatives aimed at enhancing livelihoods and fostering community development for over 15 years. During this time, I witnessed firsthand the impact of limited guidance on young students educational and career decisions. This realization sparked my passion for mentoring and counseling, prompting me to provide guidance to schoolchildren and youth to help them make informed choices about their futures.

By completing a Certified Career Analyst Course, I equipped myself with the tools and knowledge necessary to offer scientific and personalized career counseling services in Pune.
